OmniMIDI configurator is not working

Problem

The configurator doesn't open, or if it opens, all the values are filled with blank.
How can I fix this?

Fix

1. Open the registry editor. (Win+R, then type "regedit" in the textbox)
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\OmniMIDI, and delete it. (Right click the key, and Delete)
3. Reinstall OmniMIDI.
