  • Creates new chain config, rosetta-kava-v0.14
  • Alters genesis file so that time durations are generally shorter, useful for integration testing
  • Adds spam-rosetta command for generating ansyncronous transactions and broadcasting them to a local testnet

To run,

kvtool testnet bootstrap --kava.configTemplate rosetta-kava-v0.14
kvtool tx spam-rosetta

code lgtm, tested locally against rosetta-kava w/ rosetta-cli. Chain launches and rossetta tx's are successful
