Improve NTR configs, revising calculated performance, and adding alternative propellant configs. Also add configs for RD-0411 and Small Engine.

Changes include:

  • Recalculate performance of NTRs, particularly in configs that have been modified. Many configs appear to assume vacuum nozzles and other flight equipment is installed, leading to different performance than the real ground test articles.
  • Add alternate propellant configs for some NTRs, Ammonia and Methane/Ammonia mixes.
  • Add RD-0411, a NERVA-class Soviet NTR intended for UR-700 upper stages. Performance is fairly speculative, extrapolated from RD-0410
  • Add Small Engine, a 70s NTR designed for use in Shuttle upper stages.
  • Localize remaining NTR descriptions
