Extend timeout time

Extending the timeout time as a seperate PR from #58 so that our bot doesn't timeout again. It timed out for 2 days before the meta repo signature changed and now its timing out again, currently for 20 hours.

@Olympic1 it wasn't a timeout issue and it's currently 90 minutes in production. I moved the former PR into #58

I cleared this out yesterday, I'm flummoxed as to why it has occurred again.

Ok, I thought it was a timeout issue because I saw on http://status.ksp-ckan.org/ that it was 20 hours ago since the last check. So I thought it was timing out.

No probs. Could still be, Spacedock had an outage so possibly was timing out still. Looks all good now.
