    翻译语言 简体中文 zh-CN

此更新使用了更加简洁、有效、通俗易懂的语言，并将原本有语病的语言进行了修改，使翻译更准确，避免误解。
此更新是在原有的基础上和CKAN的使用上进行的改进，所以修改不是很大。
我是手动翻译，非机翻，所以很难有翻译问题。
