The respective experiments are conducted in jupyter notebook.
To run the experiments:
a) breast tumor segmentation, please download the BUS, BUSIS, and UDIAT dataset. Put the file in dataset/3datasets_segment_v2/x, x corresponds to client name.
b) skin lesion segmentation, please download the HAM10K dataset. Put the file in dataset/skin_lesion/derma/
c) ReTouch experiments, please download the ReTouch dataset. Put the file in dataset/retouch/x, x: slices for the image, x: mask for the ground truth segmentation mask.
