Travis: download moreutils from the release tarball #26902

The old `kitenet.net` domain is down. Checking on wayback, its pages had been throwing 302 redirects to this new domain.
Oh, looks like that's not the problem. I think this is still a good change, but I think the git server itself is down. |
Maybe we should switch to the source tarball url given on the homepage (http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/m/moreutils/moreutils_0.62.orig.tar.xz)? |
The git server is back up again, but this worked. I think this will generally be more robust and a better idea to get a release tarball. |
