Can't convert system.type?

I am not understanding why I am getting this issue. I have this Data:

BadgeTier,SkillTier0,SkillTier1,SkillTier2,SkillTier3
0,50,50,0,0
1,25,70,5,0
2,0,65,35,0
3,0,50,50,0
4,0,25,55,20
5,0,0,50,50

This is the class I am trying to put it in:
internal class SkillTierProbabilityResource
{

public int SkillTier2 { get; set; }

 but everytime i try to use it it tells me this:
 TypeConverterException: Converting System.Type is not supported. If you want to do this, create your own ITypeConverter and register it in the TypeConverterFactory by calling AddConverter.
 
 This is the code I wrote to parse it:

OK - Nevermind - I figured it out. Since I am using a generic I needed to define a map for the datatype and then register the map on the reader's contect. Sorry to jump the gun like that...
