Rename environment variable API_URI to NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URI, to allow to customize it, because only environment variables prefixed with NEXT_PUBLIC_ are exposed to the browser (see https://nextjs.org/docs/basic-features/environment-variables#exposing-environment-variables-to-the-browser).
