Requirements (Windows)

chocolately
minGW (choco install mingw)
sed (choco install sed)

Locations

Hard Links in Windows can be written with New-Item -Path C:\LinkDir -ItemType SymbolicLink -Value F:\RealDir

.vimrc -> $HOME/.vimrc
.ideavimrc -> $HOME/.ideavimrc
nvim -> $HOME/AppData/Local/nvim/
