Pre swap to GenericSecurity

This is the version to use with Beta4-3 of the GenericServices. GenericServices and SampleMvcWebApp are in a state of flux so any other versions are suspect/won't work.

The plan is to significantly simplify GenericServices and SampleMvcWebApp to focus only on database access and dto transformation.
