Alpaca is licensed under GNU General Public License v3.0, this means Alpaca is open source and can among other things, be distributed and modified.

Using that license also means Alpaca doesn't have any warranty and is not liable for any hardware or data damages among other things, if your device was affected by running code generated by an AI model please understand that there were warnings for a reason, for more information please read Dangers of Code Runner.
