Model Details Update

Hiii I added a couple of new things to Alpaca, hope everything works!

New

• Details page for models
• Model selector gets replaced with 'manage models' button when there are no models downloaded
• Added warning when model is too big for the device
• Added AMD GPU indicator in preferences
