hello, why do you need path here?
pivot migrations are saved to migrations folder, why would you change that ?

For the same reason as in the migration command.
I use it together with https://github.com/creolab/laravel-modules and then I play with the --path...

I just update such that the --path option is only passed when specified (not creating a new 'default' value)
