100% working in newer versions of 3ds Max.

After thirteen years this system is back up and running. It now supports newer versions of Max correctly. This was tested on 3ds Max 2016, 2017, and 2018.

• The LSUtilLib and VersionControlLib shared libraries have been rewritten to be proper structs with member variables and methods. Previously they were written as global variables and functions. Now there are no global variables in use.
• The installer has been refactored to work correctly with newer versions of 3ds Max which support script folders in the user's AppData folder instead of needing everything copied to the Max installation folder.
