Think "Chatroulette for language exchange partners". This app was used by ~461 people at peak and had a Meetup group assosciated with it. Features for calling included randomly partnering you with a language exchange partner, muting mic, muting camera, ending call, finding a new partner, ...
Since this app was for language exchange, it had to localize all the text into a variety of languages.
