One of the 2nd Year Compulsory Projects I had to do to get my Engineering Degree. Don't @ me for any issues as this is just how I submitted it and would not change a thing. Setup a WAMPP Server on localhost with the main.php as the homepage. Setup a database to store the user login credentials. Start up the server and open your preferred brouser (I used Firefox). Open up the main.php page on localhost
