Update the Doxyfile for doxygen in Debian Bookworm (opencomputeprojec…

…t#1946)

In Bookworm, the LATEX_SOURCE_CODE and CLASS_DIAGRAMS options are
deprecated/removed. Comment these options out in the Doxyfile.
