BS plus update

Updated to open the json in the new location since BS plus migrated it.
The close button now closes the app. Minimize hides it to the tray icon area.

Proper settings and hotkey customization

Now there is a pretty settings window, and you can customize your hotkey.
The app will now hide itself in the notification area when pressing the close button. To quit, right click the icon and press Exit.
