Natron 2.3.15 RC7 ROTO

This is a test released for issue NatronGitHub#420 and NatronGitHub#205

Note : clicking on layer should not discard the layer elements properties (color, transform, etc).
Layer don't do much for now. They allow some organisation and hiding/showing sub element (with the eye icon)
