- Seth: concern about duplicating configs - config drift between defaults and install profiles?
- Alex: to make something Islandora rather than custom, code should not assume certain fields are present or fields have certain types.
- Seth: they will experience drift if they do profile vs something else.

- Seth: it's a dependency update, not sure why it's failing code coverage. Does not affect islandora code
- Don: the coverage issue may be unrelated to the update, more related to the general codebase

- Workflow update for github - the big change is the max timeout
- Tom: the default for the job is 360
- How to test? Can't really test it, are we okay with that long of a time out if we want a PR to just sit for that long?
- Seth: the issue would be that the islandora org resources for testing prs would be reduced if a bunch of PRs start hanging, however, we don't have that many PRs so it shouldn't be an issue
Alex: Concern surfaced from Kirsta - the canonical version of the playbook is called dev, can be confusing - renaming this to get rid of "dev"
Jared bumped our test matrix from January, but
- We have to have a major version change of the stomp library for PHP 8
- Should we remove PHP 8 stuff in the suggestions?

- Tom: is more information required for this PR?
- Yamil: need to have an outside IP address so you can point your domain there so lets encrypt can see it - this is something you would need to be able to test it.
Tom: What is the best place to submit questions about the playbooks?

Tom: For the sites that have been coming up with the new version of Islandora (2.x?) - curious if they are doing an ansible install or a docker based install?
- Seth: never got Ansible to work properly because Islandora was being installed on top of an existing site -
  - Ended up manually installing things across two servers
  - Looking up into setting up ISLE now
- Don: many Lyrasis projects are on Docker or Kubernetes
- For troubleshooting with diff containers not talking to each other - Don
  - When installing codeserver, things seem to break
- Alan: Starting in January, Docker compose file has a whole new section there now that exposes endpoints
  - will need to update paths
  - Nigel inserted new delegate for Cantaloupe around Dec 15
- Alan: can't take an old site and build the new site on top of it
