"For the Citation Select module, we have an PR from one of our co-op students worked to remove the bibcite module as dependency https://github.com/digitalutsc/citation_select/pull/23. We are testing the PR and then soon merge, It's going to a major release in Drupal.org. We'll update you on this. "
