Islandora Camp ENGAGE is a Virtual (Zoom) camp that will be held March 20th and 21st, 2023. The camp brings together our community for learning and sharing about Islandora software. Come and meet others in the community and learn more about the latest and greatest in Islandora.

Monday, March 20th

Time	Description
8:30-10:30 a.m.	Islandora coffee talk Grab a cup of coffee and come and meet other Islandora community members and ask questions before the excitement of the day starts!
10:30-11:00	Welcome and Housekeeping Make the most out of your camp experience by learning our virtual practices. Unconference organizing: View submitted proposals for sessions Tuesday afternoon and submit your own topics.
11:00 - 12:30	Introduction to Islandora What is Islandora and what is it used for? Come and learn the high-level details of the software and how it is developed.
12:30-1:00	Break and social activity - Install Docker Starter Site for the afternoon sessions
1:00-4:30 (with afternoon break)	Introducing the Islandora Starter Site pt. 1 (for developers and for site builders) Learn all about the new defaults in Islandora and how to use the Starter Site to make your own Islandora instance. Bring your own
4:30 - 5:30	Islandora wind down Rest and reflect on your successes and ask questions.
