Github Issue; #1993
Github Issue: #1194

Purpose / why

The documentation currently specifies that an Ansible version must be no later than 2.8. The changes made in the install-profile branch fix compatibility with Ansible versions 2.9 and later.

What changes were made?

This change removes the wording and install directives that pin the Ansible version.

Verification

Check that the version string "2.8.7" no longer appears in the installation instructions for Ansible.

Accidentally hit 'merge' button :P will revert if related install-profile PR is held up any longer.
