Title (Goal) Identify and view collections, objects, files, based on their workflow status
Primary Actor Institutional Repository manager
Scope collection management
Story As an institutional repository manager I want to be able to identify and view collections, objects, and/or files based on their status in an ingest and publishing workflow (and possibly based on specific taxonomy terms) so that I can more easily determine necessary next steps in this workflow. For example, workflow status might include categories like submitted/approved, no metadata, metadata in progress, metadata complete, pre-/post-quality control, etc. Taxonomy terms might include embargoed, restricted access.
