Closes: #178, #130

  • Refactor SETTINGS to filesettings and usersettings to handle file specific and user specific settings, respectively.
  • Add a equality method for the undo controller to help with comparisons.
  • Refactor to header editor to add multiple tests.
  • Add ability to select the level generator and object space.
  • Add ability to change level name and description.
