Build with:
tiddlywiki ./wiki --build index
The output file index.html will be in the ./wiki/output folder.
Upload to TiddlyHost with:
./bin/thost-uploader annafreud-manuals-tour wiki/output/index.html jeremy.ruston@gmail.com $(cat ~/.thostpass)
