Description

Node CI for UTxO-HD, as required for benchmarking.

Checklist

• Commit sequence broadly makes sense and commits have useful messages
• New tests are added if needed and existing tests are updated. These may include:
  • golden tests
  • property tests
  • roundtrip tests
  • integration tests
