The patch provides a new option to incorporate additional 4.13-upstreamed patches for usbcore and xhci-hcd modules on top of the basic patches suite.
The additional patch is a retrofit of https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/11095737/
The patches allow to avoid sporadic errors reproduced during stress start/stop tests that can affect certain SKUs.
Application of both patches requires full kernel rebuild, thus it is not applicable for the broad usage.

The hotfix allows to mitigate the hchi-hcd sporadic
error that occur during streamoff operation
that would incorporate retrofitted kernel patches with
patches initially integrated with DSO-1360
Remove debug messages
