Thumbnails are JPEG images in .png files #174

All the downloaded thumbnails are stored in .png files, which is great, except that they are actually JPEG files inside. Modern software is usually smart enough to read it anyways but it's better to fix it and use the correct file extension (it also seems to cause FFmpeg to act up when merging the thumbnail into the video, see error below).

Same error here. To test the latest dev release I "started over" with a new config and video folder, and the download stops with that error after a short amount of time

Apologies for the late response, yes it seems to be fixed and is now creating .jpeg files instead.
