Fix vendor svg not displaying

After a reload of a vendor graph the new svg wasn't displaying automatically

Allo to choose the vendors

Adds a new sidebar where you can choose the vendors you want to manage

Allow to run on Apple Silicon

Add the new path of Homebrew for Apple Silicon in the $PATH

Add button to open Packagist and Github

Add contextualised buttons in the toolbar to open Packagist and Github in the browser

Fix svg deletion + loading view

Package's svgs were not deleted when the package was deleted and the loading view wasn't animated
