First release

This version 1.0 is the first fully functional and tested release of pyTempNet. Included features are:

• support for TEDGES and TRIGRAM file formats
• extraction of time-respecting paths of length two
• export of temporal networks as videos
• construction of first- and second-order time-aggregated networks
• automated null-model construction
• computation of node-centric betweenness preference measure
• computation of network-centric entropy growth rate ratio
