Satellite Storage API Fix and Updated ODF Documentation

• The controller parameter has been added to the following calls -

/removeAssignment
/removeStorageConfiguration
/createAssignment

which impacts the satellite storage configuration and satellite storage assignment calls.

• OpenShift Data Foundation Template added for 4.14
