E305 Downloader Alpha Release V0.0.1

Everything should work, but the code is ugly. Use E305 Downloader.exe to run the downloader, this will create a .yml file you can edit in any text editor. Alternatively, you can download the source and build it yourself using pyinstaller. In future releases, everything will be GUI based using tkinter.
