Presentations: speaker notes not allowed by security policy

I looked at the example presentation at https://academic-demo.netlify.app/slides/example/ with FF 103. Pressing the S key opens a new browser window. This window should contain the speaker notes, but instead shows embedded browser windows that say FF cannot display them, because their content doesn't allow it.

What could be the cause of this? Is it a bug?

This is due to the security settings for the demo site.
