And the point of these small updates is that now you can run your demo notebooks directly off Google Colab!
Just note that blackjax has changed its API, so you should update a little bit the Inference class. I don't have time to fix that right now, so in the notebook above, I just reverted back to numpyro. |

This PR should be merged after #19, which is also included here.
It just removes the deprecated jax.ops.index_update() from LensImage.Numerics.grid.
