Manialink SideQuests

While it was named with TM2 in the title to reference TrackMania², Wawawawu! came to me with ShootMania in mind and it works in ShootMania! You just need to add &SM=1 in the Manialink calls.

Side note regarding TM 2020

Apparently Manialinks are usable too in the new TrackMania, without the need to create one anywhere on their end. You'll just use the direct URL of your script(s) instead of a internal "code" like MLSideQuests or nickedit can be in previous Maniaplanet titles. Sadly, they changed a decent part of the structure and you'll need to adjust the current ManiaScript inside Main.php. Feel free to fork the current project.
