Credit Card Segmentation Project
Goal: Developing customer segmentation model to assist definition of marketing strategy. Provided data summarizes the usage of about 9000 active credit card holders during the last 6 months. The file is at a customer level with 18 behavioral variables. Requires advanced data preparation and derivation of KPIs to ultimately gain insights into card holder behavior.
