This addresses issue #4112. Increasing the crawl speed modifier to 5 causes a softlock in the MQ Spirit temple (where a boulder blocks the middle of the path). Additionally, user testing of the max speed of x5 looks a little "jank" (agreed). This caps the selection to x4, which is plenty fast, and solves both issues.
