Preliminary stable release of iBP (until Apr 12, 2022). The biggest feature of this version is that it can search for specified mutation sites based on the principle of sequence substitution. This enables genotyping with this method, whether based on SNPs or markers that are easily described by sequence substitution, such as InDel.
