Add support for sso.cqu.edu.cn login

- there are sso and authserver versions of functions in `auth` module now
- functions in `auth` module without `sso` or `authserver` in the name
  will call the sso version by default, unless the `use_sso` parameter
  is set as `False`.
- all `access_SERVICENAME` functions use `sso` now
