User story: As a TTA specialist, I want the data that I was entering into SmartSheet Activity Reports and SmartSheet TTA Plans before the go-live of the Smart Hub to be available in the Hub's Activity Reports, so that I don't have to track my activities across two systems.

MVP scope:

  • all data entered into SmartSheet Activity Reports from Sept 2020 to go live is available in Smart Hub:
    • completed reports can be view only
    • incomplete reports in SmartSheet need to be editable in Smart Hub so they can be completed.
  • Goal-related data entered into SmartSheet Grantee TTA Plans needs to be selectable in new reports created in Smart Hub (see Dev chore/task: One-time pull of Goals and related data from SmartSheet TTA Plans  #119)

Out of MVP scope:

  • importing other data from the Smartsheet Plan. For instance, objectives for goals may be of interest, but we are not going to bring them in because they aren't used consistently across regions. We will work to standardize their use in the Smart Hub but we need to do more research to decide how.

Considerations:

  • When to load the AR data and what we need to tell the specialists: current target date for go live is Tuesday Feb 9. Friday Feb 5 is the TTA deadline for specialists to file their monthly (Jan) reports. Can we require the specialists to have all AR drafts in a completed state by the 5th and ask the managers to wait to approve it in the Hub after the 9th? @PatricePascual-ACF will discuss with Damon.
