[RoboMWM]

With this release I plan to soon create the v16 branch, with master being v17 and onwards. I plan to do it next weekend. This way all PRs and features will be considered with the roadmap. I plan to add a CONTRIBUTING.md to inform people of where the v16 "legacy" codebase is to PR any fixes (or features, but highly discouraged and must be maintainable)

Additionally, I will create a release version of 16.18.2 if this version is found to be bug-free
