Added the LICENSE file, which explains your rights and obligations when using the software

When hovering over one of the Hour or Minute bars, the tooltip now displays the hour or minute you're currently looking at, as well as the percentage of the total tweets. This could be useful if you're using a screen magnifier and are zoomed in to the point where you can no longer see the label.

Download the zip file and extract it to a directory on your computer. If you're upgrading from the previous release, just extract the files over your existing files.

Fixed a bug where if you change any of the text values (Instance URL, Token, or Account Name), and then press ENTER, it still loads data for the previous value.
