The first official beta version of DECL-Gen has an updated report generation and generally a better formatted cli interface.

• Generation of standard DNA encoded libraries (DEL) with diversity elements connected to a common template.
• Generation of extensive DELs with diversity elements connected to each other.
• Generation of DELs with exclusive sub-categories
• Supports import and export of library elements
• Offers three different methods to extract codon data from NGS result sets: simple (just compared the read to the DNA template assuming no indels), align (aligns the read to the template, then extracts the codon: This enables to get codons from reads with indels) or advanced (tries the simple algorithm first, and, if that fails, falls back to the advanced algorithm).
• Allows a quick inspection of the result set by offering a report functionality.
