Improved functionality (not a fix)

Describe your changes

  • Adds a command to Drush that takes a data store table name (IE: datastore_1cc649587284c4bf29ada1cc2e58b00d) and out puts the dataset's UUID that is associated with it.
  • Update DKAN drush command documentation with the new command and information about it

QA Steps

  • run drush dkan:datastore:reverse-dataset-lookup [data table name here]
  • Confirm the CLI output shows the correct associated resource ID, Distribution ID, and Dataset UUID.
  • Confirm that entering a data table name that does not exist as an argument displays in CLI: Can not map data table to dataset: [non existent name entered here]

Hello,
The is functionally complete but I am getting a knock in code climate that it is too complex. Not particularly sure what that means/how I'd go about reducing the complexity considering what is necessary to get this to work, but hoping getting this looked at by someone else might help. Thanks!

Pulling this back to draft to work on the failing tests. Apologies...
