Fix JOSS paper references

[MFraters]

Resolves two points in #746. Changes (@ref1 and @ref2) style to [@ref1; @ref2] style, and title let titles use double curly braces ({{title}}). Also Fixes Moresi_Dufour_2002 reference, which used authors instead of author.
