Submitting a Support Ticket

Please contact MakerGear customer support via email if you're experiencing an issue with any of these printer/filament profiles. Also, I'd love to hear from you if you have any suggestions for any of the various material types!!

Your suggestions will help fine-tune these profiles for the entire community.

When Submitting a Support Ticket:

Please include the following information and attachments so that we can fully understand the issue/request:

  • Model of the printer
  • The printer's serial number
  • A detailed explanation of the problem you're experiencing (At least enough detail to understand the issue)
  • What filament brand and material type you're using
  • The gCode file of the part
  • Photos of the print quality issue

Email technical support hours are normally Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM ET. Weekend support requests are typically handled on Monday morning.

During business hours, we typically respond within 2-3 hours. It can, however, take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
