Spawned windows do not grab focus on Gnome. This is especially troublesome when popping up text dialogues. For some reason, Jabuka spawned OpDialogues do grab focus, but none of the other Gaffer apps seem to...

The problem does not seem to be reproducible on OSX or fluxbox.

Fixed Dialogue positioning and focussing on Linux.

Fixes GafferHQ#220. Fixes GafferHQ#642. I suspect this could also sort out GafferHQ#62, but that needs to be verified by a KDE user.
