Should build from source as part of the general gaffer build.

  • Setup hierarchy for text source files.
  • Enter sample content.
  • Target to build both HTML and PDF documentation.
  • Somehow take screenshots as part of the build process, so they don't fall behind.

We have functional doc building. Just needs integration with the scons bit - one for john.
